MEETING: TUESDAY, JUNE 26TH, 7:00 PM AT SHINE
Hey Deep End,
This has been a long time coming and sorry for the late-ish notice, but we are planning a camp meeting next Tuesday the 26th, 7 pm sharp at Shine. And do we have a lot to cover!
We're coming upon our last fundraiser of the summer. And that means it's time to come together, get organized, volunteer, spend the money we made, and put this camp together!! At the meeting we want to fill you in on all that has been going on to date, go over any changes, discuss budget (we're behind) and logistics, and get firm commitments from camp members on how each of us plans to contribute.
Specifically, we are going to need help
Before the playa, especially with construction (please contact Ronnie, Matt , or Kramer for more information on how you can help with construction), packing, and transportation (who wants to drive a school bus?!)
On the playa - contstruction, operating the camp during the week (do we have any sound engineers around?!), garbage/recycling, cooking, etc. And of course, every single person is expected to help strike the camp at week's end.

There are a myriad of things we need to get done and every single person has the ability to contribute in some capacity. The Deep End would not run without the enthusiasm, commitment and support from all of its members. Please make every effort to make the meeting or to reach out to the camp to volunteer (feel free to email info@thedeependcamp.com and if you're not sure who to contact after the meeting, and either Megan or I can help direct you to the right people).
